10 Tips for Working for a Younger Boss

Our program coordinators routinely hear stories of age bias during our 2 Day Job Readiness Workshops. While this article focuses on working for a younger boss, it brings to the forefront ideas that could effectively be used in an interview.

Here’s one thing I know (and the new AARP Policy Institute survey of older workers who faced unemployment in the past five years backs me up): If you’re over 50 and job hunting, it’s brutal out there.
